- The Varsity Girls signed off for the season on Tuesday night after just falling short 1-2 in the State Playoffs at #4 ranked Grayson. Well done ladies for an excellent season.
- The Varsity Boys fared better on Wednesday night vs. Grayson BV. North Cobb won 2-1 and moves on to the second round of the State Playoffs to be played at home next Wednesday, May 2 at 7:30 pm vs. Centennial.

- Congratulations to both the Varsity Girls and the Varsity Boys teams for making the State Playoffs. Their playoff schedule will be known by later this week and available on the website.

Week of April 9, 2007 (last updated 4/12/07)
- The #7 ranked Varsity Boys continued their good form with a 2-1 away win at Lassiter on Tuesday night.
- Varsity Girls also played a good game at Lassiter on Tuesday though came up just short 0-2.
- Varsity Girls concluded their Region 5A schedule with a game at Harrsion on Friday night. In an exciting game, the girls made a strong impression in the second half and competed well, though could not overcome a slow first half start and lost 2-5.
- Varsity Boys also concluded their schedule at Harrison in a Region 5A championship decider. Despite being down a man for the majority of the game, after an early first half sending off due to excessive goal celebrations, the boys played with great heart and terrific skill and finished tied 2-2 with Harrison in regulation and overtime. In a pulsating PK shootout, Harrison just edged NC by the odd goal 8-7, and won the game 10-9.

- Varsity Boys continued the second half of the game with Kennesaw Mountain on Wednesday night and this time completed the win without controversy 2-1.
- Varsity Girls played a strong Kennesaw Mountain team on Tuesday (Senior) night and in a hard fought battle came just came short 1-3.
- Varsity Boys likewise played Kennesaw Mountain on Tuesday and won 1-0 in strange circumstance after the officials called forfeit on the game with a minute left in the first half. The second half of this game will be played on Wednesday night after consultation with GHSA.

- Varsity Girls continued their good form in region play by beating a tough Marietta team 2-0 at home on Monday night.
- Likewise, Varsity Boys recovered from a tough loss at Campbell last week and beat Marietta 9-0 at home on Monday night.
- Varsity Girls had an off night defensively vs. Etowah on Thursday and dropped a tightly contested game 3-4 in OT.
- Varsity Boys continued their good form with a comfortable 6-2 win at home vs. Etowah on Friday night.

- Varsity Girls had a poor showing at Walker on Friday and lost 1-6.
- Varsity Boys played Campbell on Tuesday night and dropped a 1-2 decision in overtime.
- Varsity Girls just fared better and scraped through with a 3-2 win at Campbell.

Week of March 5, 2007 (last updated 3/10/07)
- Varsity Boys continued their strong results with a 4-0 home win on Saturday vs. Spain Park.
- The Varsity and JV Boys teams wrapped up a good trip to McEachern as well, as both won their games, respectively 4-0 and 1-0.
- Varsity Girls played an excellent game vs. a strong McEachern team on Thursday night and in a pulsating finish won the game 2-1, scoring the winner with only two minutes left in regulation.
- Schedule change: Varsity Girls play McEachern at 5:30 pm on Thursday night (not 7:30 as previously scheduled). In turn, JV Girls play at 7:30 pm. See updated schedule.
- On a night when the shooting boots were off, the Varsity Girls did well to comeback from a 2-0 half time deficit on Tuesday to claim a hard fought 4-2 win.
- Boys Varsity again showed good form in a 6-0 home win on Tuesday night vs. Murray County.

- Varsity Girls played a strong home game vs. Rome HS on Monday 2/26 and won 3-0.
- Varsity Boys were also in action on Monday night playing the second leg of the home double-header vs. Rome HS and just came short in a tough game 2-3.
- Varsity Girls continued their good form with a tidy 2-0 win in their first region game at Woodstock on Wednesday night.
- Varsity Boys recovered from a couple of tough losses with a comprehensive 7-1 win at Woodstock in their first region game.
- Varsity Girls streaked to a third consecutive win on Friday night with a 5-0 result at South Cobb.
- Varsity Boys also had a comfortable 10-0 win on Friday at South Cobb.

- Varsity Boys played a very close game vs. the reigning AAAAA State Champion Walton Warriors on Tuesday night and just fell by the odd goal 0-1.
- Varsity Girls got their season back on track on Wednesday night with a comfortable 8-1 home win vs. Whitefield Academy.
- Both JV and Varsity Boys team had a strong showing vs. Chapel Hill on Thursday night, respectively winning 3-0 and 2-0.
- Varsity Girls came across a tough Walton team at Walton on Thursday night and were unable to mount much pressure on their opponents in a 0-6 loss.
- Varsity Boys played a tough game vs Wheeler on Friday night and in an exciting game were unlucky to come away with a close 2-3 loss.

- Varsity Boys kicked off their season at home on Monday in great fashion by scoring six second half goals to beat Sprayberry 6-0.
- Varsity Girls' home opener on Tuesday 2/13 vs Hillgrove is postponed due to weather and will be rescheduled for Friday 4/20.
- Varsity Boys win their second game of the season on Tuesday night with a comprehensive 4-0 win at Pope.
- Both Girls Junior Varsity and Girls Varsity teams open their seasons on Thursday night at Kell, respectively at 5:30 and 7:30 PM.
