This is Coach Bowles’ third year in charge of the Varsity Girls team. His record at North Cobb is 16-18-1 with one state playoff appearance in 2007. Coach Bowles has been an assistant coach for the U-18 Cobb FC Lady Chiefs select team for 6 years and they are currently ranked 6th in Georgia. He also coached the North Cobb Girls JV Team for two seasons prior to taking over the varsity program. Prior to coaching soccer, he had been involved in coaching volleyball for 21 years in Florida as well as at North Cobb. He has been married to his wife Michelle for 21 years, and is the father of twin girls Alexis and Alicia, who are seniors at North Cobb. |

This is Coach Stewart’s first year teaching Early Childhood Education and coaching at North Cobb High School. The last four years she taught and coached at Whitewater High School, in Fayetteville, Georgia. While at WHS she was the Assistant Coach to the Women’s Soccer team. During that time the team made it to 4 quarterfinals, 3 semifinals, 2 state championships, and won 1 state championship. Coach Stewart started college at Indiana Wesleyan University where she played for the Women’s Soccer Team for 2 years. While at IWU the team won the NCCAA National Championship and competed in the NAIA National Sweet 16. After transferring to the University of Kentucky she graduated with a Bachelors of Science in Family and Consumer Science Education. After moving to Georgia she completed her Master’s degree from the University of Georgia in Workforce Education. Coach Stewart is excited to be a part of North Cobb Women’s Soccer and the Warrior Family |

Coach Bennett is a graduate of North Cobb where he played soccer and ran cross-country and track. After graduating, Coach Bennett joined the Army where he served as a Combat Medic (Active) and a Flight Medic (Reserves). He graduated from Kennesaw State University with degrees in Communication, Secondary English Education and a Masters in Adolescent Education. He has played soccer both in Army recreational leagues and co-ed teams around the metro Atlanta area. Coach Bennett is an endurance junkie and has completed an Ironman, several Half-Ironmans, marathons, and now has set his sights on completing an ultramarathon of 100 miles. He is married to Charlotte and has a daughter and a very stupid but cute Peke-Chu.
